Realpalmwear.com online shop is operated by RPW Sweden AB. Only these terms and conditions apply to sale of merchandise by us.

The presentation of our merchandise invites you to submit a purchase offer in the form of an order. Clicking the "Send order" button in the last stage of the ordering process issues a binding order for the products you have placed in the shopping basket.

An order that is binding for you comes into effect when all of the data necessary to complete the contract has been entered, you have confirmed acceptance of these terms and conditions and you have clicked the "Place order" button. Up until the moment you click this button, you can change your order and the data associated with your order at any time.

Payment

All prices specified for merchandise in the Online Shop already contain the relevant valid VAT.

Until such time as full payment has been received, the merchandise remains our property.

You can choose from a number of different payment types:

Paying by credit card (Visa, MasterCard)

Paying with PayPal

Paying with Klarna

Shipping

Standard shipping within Sweden should be delivered 2-4 business days after order. Delivery time for shipping outside Sweden depends on the country. Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) and sent day after order.

Cost of shipping is showed at your checkout.

Return

Products can be returned within 30days from delivery. Use the original box your product came with and attach the return label on the box.

Return label is inside your delivered box and should be mounted on the outside of your box.

Also print out your order confirmation and put inside the box together with the product for easy handeling.

Products must be intact, without smell and never washed to get your money back. It can take up to 2 weeks before credit is made.
